In 2005 he co-founded Long Road Productions, a highly successful theatrical management company. With a strong commercial acumen he has demonstrated a wealth of experience and achievement in the management of highly successful private companies.

His expertise and professional experience in business management have proven invaluable in working closely with SMEs and startup ventures, providing support and guidance on the full spectrum of business challenges - financial planning and controls, cash flow, regulatory compliance and risk assessment.

As an experienced Finance Director he can advise on the financial strategy of the business and setting, short, medium and long term objectives. Padraig has also developed a wide network of professional contacts with specialists in legal, taxation, sales and marketing.
